Howdy!

Works with West began in the most ordinary place, my little sister’s gymnastics practice. Sitting in the lobby with my laptop, I created a logo, color palette, and type system that marked the start of my creative journey. What began as a simple side project quickly grew into a passion for helping others bring their ideas to life through thoughtful, intentional design.

But to really understand Works with West, you have to take a few steps back.

Growing up, I was always creative. Some of my favorite childhood memories are centered around arts and crafts at my grandmother’s dining room table, painting, coloring, and creating simply for the joy of it. That love for art followed me into high school, where I was introduced to digital design in AP Art. I immediately fell in love. From that moment on, I knew this was what I wanted to pursue long-term.

That passion led me to study design in college and eventually to an internship in Dallas, Texas. During that time, I worked alongside another intern who not only pushed me creatively but also encouraged me in my faith. She introduced me to freelance design (a concept that was completely new to me). Once I realized I could use my skills to serve others in such a meaningful and flexible way, everything clicked.
 

I’ve never looked back. Now, I’m following the calling the Lord has placed so uniquely on my heart, and I’m proud to present to you Works with West.
